We're all stoked that HBO has picked up the rights for Smash His Camera here in the US! No news yet on the world broadcast premiere, but keep checking your local listings with the DVR remote close by (or just follow us here, and on Twitter and Facebook for updates). And, if you happen to be in the Columbia, MO area this weekend, be sure to stop off at the 2010 True/False Film Festival to catch a screening—click through for a lineup courtesy of our buddies at indieWIRE.

In other news, there are a couple more great pieces up on the tubes as of late: thestar.com has a very insightful article by Peter Howell discussing what makes Ron tick, and that includes snippets from their recent interview at Gallery Mar in Utah. Our sincerest condolences go out to the friends and family of the original "King of Paparazzi", Felice Quinto, who passed away this January 16th.

We here at RGHQ are all grateful for having witnessed the result of Felice's vision, which helped pave the way for artists like Ron. He will truly be missed.

Ottavio, who made our trip to Sundance Film Festival possible, is an outstanding citizen of Montreal, son of Muro Lucano, Italy, philanthropist, and patron of the arts; it has been the single most extraordinary event in my life to connect with him.
