 A very special thanks to my cousin, Ottavio Galella, his wife Marisa, and daughters Sarah and Stefanie, for their tremendous love and support. Ottavio, who made our trip to Sundance Film Festival possible, is an outstanding citizen of Montreal, son of Muro Lucano, Italy, philanthropist, and patron of the arts; it has been the single most extraordinary event in my life to connect with him.
