Absolutely LOVED this documentary! I admire Ron's creativity and passion for his work. Huge fan of B&W's. Would be honored and in heaven for an opportunity to visit his home and view the fabulous photos!

Watching the last 45 minutes of SHC right now - missed the first 45, but you can be damn sure I'll watch the whole thing when I can. Makes me want to pick up my camera again. Ron, don't stop.

Ron, just watched your HBO special and I have a renewed interest in photography. Still don't have that defined subject but I am taking with me that the subject is what matters... Not going to worry so much about being technical as am about the capturing the soul of my subject.

Thank You!

Mark

Just watched the movie and couldn't take my eyes off the screen or risk missing the great images. It makes me want to dig out the Nikon FE and set up a darkroom again after being reminded that film captures moments in ways that digital can't. I could almost smell the fixer as you made the prints. How can anyone look that your body of work and say it shouldn't exist? Keep shootin'.

Hi Everyone, thanks so much for all of your support. We are truly flattered by your comments and are very glad you all are enjoying the film. As far as we know, Smash will no longer be airing on HBO during their regularly scheduled lineup, however, you can watch it via HBO on Demand through July 17. Theatrical runs, DVD, etc. are all in the works too, so please check back for more information in the coming weeks.

Thanks again for watching!
